About the Business Unit
The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components division stands as a prominent automotive supplier and development partner, specializing in intricate drive technologies. Our team of around 3,500 employees produces 27 million drive components annually across ten locations worldwide.
The product offerings primarily include assembled camshafts, valve train systems, and rotor shafts for advanced combustion, hybrid, and electric engines. Additionally, we are advancing our product line for battery electric vehicles, leveraging our manufacturing and automation capabilities to significantly reduce emissions and promote sustainable mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and support our global HR IT framework in alignment with emerging trends and requirements.
- Define and standardize our global HR processes.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and digitalization of our global HR systems and processes.
- Implement digital HR tools globally, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
- Generate and deliver reports and ad-hoc analyses for HR management and other stakeholders, including trend identification and appropriate action measures.
Candidate Profile
- Completed studies in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR systems, controlling, or related domains.
- Experience in managing digitization projects is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and database administration, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, complemented by a collaborative approach and excellent communication abilities.
- Self-reliant and proactive mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is highly valued.
