Business Unit Insight: The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components division stands as a premier automotive supplier and development partner specializing in intricate drive technologies. With around 3,500 professionals, the unit produces 27 million drive components annually across ten locations worldwide. The product portfolio primarily includes assembled camshafts, valve train systems, and rotor shafts designed for advanced combustion, hybrid, and electric engines, with additional products for battery electric vehicles under development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and evolve our global HR IT framework to align with emerging trends and requirements.
  • Establish and standardize our global HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and digitalization within our international HR systems and processes.
  • Implement digital HR tools globally, focusing on SuccessFactors.
  • Generate and deliver reports and ad-hoc analyses for HR management and stakeholders, including trend identification and appropriate measures.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR systems, controlling, or related domains.
  • Experience in managing digitization projects is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities complemented by a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent work style, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is highly valued.
