Business Unit: The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components division stands as a leading supplier and development partner in the automotive sector, specializing in intricate drive technologies. With a workforce of around 3,500, the unit produces 27 million drive components annually across ten locations worldwide, including Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil, and Mexico. The product offerings primarily consist of assembled camshafts, valve train systems, and rotor shafts for advanced combustion, hybrid, and electric engines, with additional developments for battery electric vehicles underway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and evolve our global HR IT framework to align with emerging trends and organizational needs.
  • Establish and standardize our global HR processes for improved efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and digital transformation of our HR systems and processes worldwide.
  • Oversee the global implementation of digital HR tools, particularly SuccessFactors.
  • Generate and deliver reports and ad-hoc analyses for HR management and stakeholders, including trend identification and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR systems, controlling, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in managing digitization projects is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, complemented by a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent work style, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are highly valued.
