About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Green Power Portfolio Strategy team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our Green Power portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the formulation of business strategy for expansion of Uniper's Green Power portfolio in line with Uniper's Corporate Strategy.
  • Collaborate with other commercial functions such as Global Origination and Commercial Strategy department to develop and implement strategies.
  • Manage a team of portfolio strategy and product development experts to identify initiatives needed to achieve Green Power Portfolio ambitions.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps with engagement and support of relevant stakeholders and ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead product development and champion implementation in close collaboration with other Power teams, Global Origination and Sales.
Requirements
  • Excellent commercial awareness and detailed knowledge of energy markets, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and proven ability to help scale a business at pace.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and lead diverse teams and/or projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
