Job Title: Head of Green Power Portfolio Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Green Power Portfolio Strategy team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Green Power portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the formulation of business strategy for the expansion of Uniper's Green Power portfolio, in line with Uniper's Corporate Strategy.
  • Collaborate with other commercial functions, such as Global Origination and Commercial Strategy department, to develop and implement strategies.
  • Manage a team of portfolio strategy and product development experts to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Develop and implement product development strategies, in close collaboration with other Power teams, Global Origination, and Sales.
  • Build a strong knowledge of current and emerging market regulations and trends that affect the Green Power portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Excellent commercial awareness and detailed knowledge of energy markets, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and proven ability to help scale a business at pace.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and lead diverse teams and/or projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
