Your Role at Haleon

We are seeking a talented Junior Brand Manager to join our team. As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with set objectives. This includes implementing the brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years, tracking and analyzing performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics, and managing the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics
  • Manage the A&P budget to ensure effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Approx. 2 years of Marketing/Brand/Innovation Management experience, ideally gained in FMCG
  • Fluency in both German and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong analytical and operational marketing skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working model
