Your Responsibilities

You will assist the Corporate Strategy & Business Development division in the analysis, identification, and formulation of strategic initiatives, acquisition efforts, innovative business models, and other significant internal and external projects.

  • Engage actively in the strategic planning for the organization at both national and international levels within the CHG-MERIDIAN Group.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate and regional strategies.
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitive analyses, as well as strategic assessments of future trends.
  • Support the creation and development of country-specific analyses within the CHG-MERIDIAN Group.
  • Assist in managing internal strategic projects and their associated project controls.
  • Participate actively in M&A initiatives, from identifying potential acquisition targets to conducting due diligence and facilitating company integration.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business plans, financial analyses, and company valuations.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time.

Your Profile

  • You are a registered student in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields.
  • You possess strong analytical capabilities, along with a high degree of motivation and personal accountability.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English.
  • You enjoy collaborating in an international context.
  • You are prepared to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months, becoming an integral part of our dynamic and supportive team.
