About the Role:

As a Partner Manager for the DACH region, you will be instrumental in managing and shaping our channel partnership initiatives, driving the company's rapid growth and revenue goals. Your performance will be evaluated based on revenue-related KPIs, and you will hold full responsibility and accountability for the success of the partnership program in the DACH area. This role is part of the business development team and reports to the head of our EMEA partner programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee existing partnerships and identify new channel collaborations (including tech/ISV, HR consultancies, Service Partners, etc.) to enhance revenue opportunities in the region through lead generation, brand visibility, and advocacy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage with relevant partners in the region.
  • Communicate the value proposition of HiBob to partners and facilitate their onboarding to the program.
  • Manage daily interactions with partners to drive lead generation initiatives and coordinate relationships between partners and key positions within the GTM organization (Sales, Marketing).
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing manager on marketing materials and initiatives relevant to partners in the area.
  • Enable local partners on our solutions, working alongside HiBob's enablement team to develop pertinent resources.
  • Create impactful presentations to communicate requirements and outcomes to key stakeholders, securing organizational support and advancing execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing channel sales or technology partner programs within SaaS organizations.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Familiarity with partner referral programs.
  • Experience in HR technology sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to independently lead discussions with external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes less structured, entrepreneurial environment.
