Unser KI-gestützter Assistent revolutioniert die Praxislandschaft: Prozesse werden automatisiert, der Umsatz optimiert und das Team entlastet. In der Rolle des Kundenbetreuungsspezialisten liegt es in deiner Verantwortung, neue Kunden wie ZMVs und Zahnärzte von Beginn an zu schulen und zu unterstützen, um ihnen das bestmögliche Erlebnis mit Roger zu bieten. Bist du bereit für spannende Herausforderungen in der dynamischen Welt eines Startups?
- Erstkontakt: Sei das freundliche Gesicht und die Stimme für unsere ZMV/Rezi-Kunden. Baue Vertrauen auf und führe sie zu einem reibungslosen Einsatz von Roger.
- Roger-Experte: Begleite neue ZMVs/Rezis und Zahnärzte durch einen strukturierten Schulungsprozess, setze gemeinsame Ziele und sorge für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung der Software.
- Kundenservice: Beantworte Kundenanfragen kompetent, löse Probleme und sorge für schnelle Lösungen.
- Feedback-Management: Schließe die Lücke zwischen Kunden und Entwicklern, indem du Kundenanforderungen weiterleitest und somit aktiv die Zukunft von Roger mitgestaltest.
- Praxisorientiert: Erfahrung als ZMV oder Rezeption ist von Vorteil, jedoch ist auch eine Leidenschaft für die Dentalbranche willkommen.
- Kommunikativ: Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenzen sind unerlässlich.
- Technikaffin: Du bist gut mit Computern und Software vertraut und offen für neue Technologien.
- Startup-Mentalität: Sei bereit für eine spannende Reise, zeige Lernbereitschaft und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Motiviert: Bringe deine Begeisterung, proaktive Einstellung und positive Haltung ins Team ein.
