Join our team as a Junior CRM / Klaviyo E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

SHEKO GmbH is a dynamic company that manages several innovative consumer brands, prominently featuring the successful health-oriented brand SHEKO. We take pride in overseeing every aspect of our operations, from product development to marketing and sales, all conducted in-house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of CRM strategies (E-Mail, WhatsApp, Print) aimed at enhancing customer retention and engagement.
  • Analyze and assess performance metrics through relevant KPIs.
  • Develop engaging content for various CRM campaigns.
  • Maintain and update our CRM knowledge repository.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to improve our CRM initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • A completed degree or vocational training, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in CRM or Email Marketing.
  • Familiarity with the Klaviyo platform and understanding of key Email Marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in German.
  • A proactive, independent, and organized approach to work.
