- Conduct market research and feasibility assessments
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in energy technology
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or project management of electronic systems
- Proven ability to take responsibility, work independently, and adopt a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
