Digital Content Publisher Intern

As part of WPP, the world's largest digital media agency, we manage WPP's European Centre of Excellence for Amazon (ACE), dedicated to maximising performance, driving sales, and building brands on the Amazon platform.

We are seeking a Digital Content Publisher Intern to join our Luxembourg Content Team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented individual who can manage and oversee the upload and publication of content, as well as the distribution of data across various platforms. This role requires quality, consistency, and alignment with the objectives and voice of various international brands.

• Upload digital content, including copy, images, videos, and other assets, to various online platforms (PXM, PIM, DAM systems, internal tools, e-commerce platforms)
• Ensure all content is uploaded and syndicated according to established guidelines, standards, and schedules, maintaining accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and quality across platforms
• Monitor the content and produce monitoring reports
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and project managers, to receive content assets and specifications for upload
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content uploads, including file formatting, compatibility, and technical errors
• Quality assurance: continuous monitoring and online control
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital content publishing and distribution

• University/college degree, or in the last year of Bachelor/Master studies (preferably in translation, journalism, marketing, communication, or languages)
• Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and work with various platforms and software solutions
• Language: Written/verbal proficiency skills in English are required, other EU languages are an asset
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage many ongoing projects
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team
• EU work permit
