About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to join our team in Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany. As a key member of our data centre sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing large, diverse teams to deliver complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large, diverse teams to deliver complex projects
  • Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, governance, risk, stakeholder management, and programme compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and manage programmes
  • Network and utilise the full depth of knowledge of the Mace group and centres of excellence to support programme delivery
  • Adapt the full benefits of construction to production (C2P), net zero carbon, and digital & data innovation
Requirements
  • Experienced in delivery of complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre environments
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
