About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Mace group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project controls activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and specialists to deliver project objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project strategies and plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on project management best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
