Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team at STABL Energy. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our advanced battery control systems and energy storage products.

Your primary focus will be on designing, executing, and automating test plans for systems and hardware components to meet high safety and performance standards. You will work closely with our R&D, engineering, and production teams to streamline test procedures and ensure early identification of issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing, and maintaining test plans for systems, subsystems, and components.
  • Leading test automation efforts using Robot Framework or similar tools.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed test documentation, including FMEA, safety requirements, and test reports.
  • Innovating with the resources at hand to design and build automated test benches for both internal and external testing purposes.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry-standard testing methodologies and certification standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in test engineering, preferably in power electronics or energy storage industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. German skills are nice to have.
