Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified individual to become part of our team as a Sales Executive for Bio-Techne in the Academic sector. This role is focused on cultivating and overseeing business partnerships within educational institutions. The successful candidate will possess a background in Life Sciences and have experience in selling Capital Equipment. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Bio-Techne products to Academic, Government, and Biotech clients within the designated territory.
  • Engage in regular travel to customer locations for sales discussions.
  • Effectively follow up on sales inquiries and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales teams and provide insights on market trends.
  • Occasionally assist with marketing efforts at trade shows and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences research field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and organization.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
