About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Compliance Initiatives team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, from security tooling rollouts to the introduction of new platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various projects, from short-term to long-term, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and our parent company to achieve project objectives.
  • Work closely with our CTO and agile/scrum teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, particularly with security-related projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Strong understanding and experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
