Your Responsibilities

  • Global and Regional Sourcing: Responsible for global and regional procurement in Global Procurement for Non-Production Material (NPM).
  • Cost, Quality, and Availability Focus: Focus on costs, quality, and availability of procurement.
  • Continuous Optimization: Continuous optimization through cost negotiations, tender processes, and efficient end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Procurement Strategy Development: Development and implementation of procurement strategies, as well as the further development of the supplier portfolio.
  • Comprehensive Market Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market analyses for international product groups, taking into account suppliers, procurement markets, and internal requirements.
  • Customer Advisory: Advising customers on procurement-related processes and conducting complex negotiations.
  • Project Leadership: Leading project teams in international and local projects, involving subsidiaries.
Your Profile

  • Education: Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in strategic procurement with international interfaces, preferably for non-production materials such as car fleets, marketing, etc.
  • Procurement and Contract Law Knowledge: Solid knowledge of procurement and contract law.
  • Teamwork and Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Teamwork and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Travel Readiness and Flexibility: Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a confident demeanor.
  • Cost and Quality Awareness: Strong cost and quality awareness.
