About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented sales professional to drive our continued growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and managing inbound inquiries to close and program account management.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate prospects, securing new accounts and bringing in revenue. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the inbound sales process, tracking and managing the sales pipeline
  • Develop outbound sales initiatives across our target industries, including brands, live events, theme parks, and sponsorships
  • Build relationships with 3rd party resellers and develop sales collateral
  • Create SOW agreements and manage client relationships, developing timelines and key benchmarks
  • Oversee weekly sales meetings and assist in the development of marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or operations related to live events, theme parks, or sponsorships
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept to close
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM programs/processes
  • Ability to create sales collateral, such as pitches and decks
  • Knowledge of the RFP process
