Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Engineer for Test Automation (m/f/d) to join our team in a permanent role, available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently create comprehensive test concepts and plans, and define test cases.
  • Automate testing processes and mentor Junior Test Engineers throughout this journey.
  • Document outcomes in detailed test reports, error logs, and issue tracking systems.
  • Perform Smoke Tests to engage with our innovative product offerings.
  • Offer insights for enhancing testing methodologies based on your findings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on topics concerning Functional Safety, ASPICE, and Cybersecurity.
Required Qualifications:
  • A completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, a completed technician qualification.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in testing (ISTQB), foundational knowledge of Python, CAPL, or comparable programming languages, and familiarity with communication protocols such as LIN, CAN, or Ethernet.
  • Preferably possess expertise in Functional Safety, ASPICE, and Cybersecurity.
  • A collaborative team player with a curious mindset, quick learning ability, structured approach, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
