About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team at Social Selling GmbH. As a Senior Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies for our clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for clients, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication, progress updates, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching programs to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition costs, and customer retention rates.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
