We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at AERO HighProfessionals, a leading provider of personnel services in the aerospace industry. As a Quality Engineer (m/w/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing quality management systems to meet the requirements of our customers.

Your Tasks

  • Ensuring the quality of products and services through technical inspections
  • Releasing components for further production
  • Creating, tracking, and closing non-conformities, as well as conducting trouble shooting
  • Providing technical instructions in the quality area to production workers and providing professional support to authorized personnel
  • Auditing and training new authorized personnel, as well as setting and accepting work samples
  • Conducting and visualizing practical problem-solving activities and analyzing quality problems

Your Qualifications

  • A completed additional qualification as a technician (m/w/d) or business administrator (m/w/d) in the technical field or aircraft construction
  • Professional experience in quality assurance and aircraft structure or metal construction, as well as knowledge of lean management
  • Advanced SAP knowledge
  • Fluent German and advanced English skills
  • A responsible working style, excellent communication skills, and team skills
