**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in the France, Luxembourg, and Belgium region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure COATINC remains a leader in the surface finishing industry

Requirements

  • Fluent German and French language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of the metalworking and surface finishing industries, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
