Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in the France, Luxembourg, and Belgium region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Provide technical and customer-oriented support to customers, including product recommendations and solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Requirements

  • Fluent German and French language skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the metal processing or surface finishing industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
