About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Consultant to join our team at em AG. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the field of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services to clients in the areas of Systems Engineering, MBSE, and process optimization.
  • Analyze and specify development processes, methods, and tools to improve client outcomes.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and provide guidance on implementation.
  • Support the introduction and adoption of MBSE methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement system architectures, analyze and design systems, and integrate systems, verify and validate system requirements in the context of development projects.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the application of MBSE methodologies and tools, such as SysML.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
