Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously develop existing application systems (especially our ERP system), including all interface programs.
- Support users in handling application systems.
- Analyze business processes and participate in optimizing workflows.
- Administer clients, the network, and our data center.
- Manage and coordinate external IT service providers.
Requirements:
- You are a Business IT Specialist, Application Developer, System Programmer, or have a comparable qualification.
- Proficiency in German language at least at C1 level.
- You have professional experience in similar roles and can quickly acquire the business fundamentals and process knowledge of our company.
- Proficient in SQL, servers, and common MS Office products, and comfortable working on various projects.
- Strong knowledge in the implementation and development of standard systems, as well as the development and maintenance of custom applications.
- Familiarity with CRM, ideally with experience in the ERP system Trend, EDI formats, and product information systems.
- A high level of responsibility, reliability, loyalty, organizational talent, strong communication skills, and a pronounced team-oriented mindset complete your profile.
