About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Financial Management System team at ZF Group. As the Head of Financial Management System, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial management strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial management systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to support business performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on financial systems and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
