About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Financial Management System team at ZF Group. As the Head of Financial Management System, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance and adapt the Financial Management System to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Treasury to ensure seamless financial steering and reporting.
  • Design and govern the Financial Statement of the Financial Management System, ensuring alignment with business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relevant financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Financial Management System framework.
  • Prepare and deliver COIN training to ensure effective financial management practices.
  • Contribute to slide decks for committees, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Ensure audit-proof processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or economics, with multiple years of professional experience in controlling, accounting, or corporate management.
  • Proven project management skills, with a strong focus on implementation and results.
  • Independent and systematic approach to work, with strong analytical skills.
  • High flexibility, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international setting (German/English).
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with global teams.
