Our objective is to provide our clients with a cutting-edge platform that enhances and streamlines their collaboration with us.
As a Cloud Architect for Digital Platforms and Order Services within the Sales & Marketing IT Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and architecting solutions for scalable, high-performance applications.
- Creating architectural blueprints to direct development and integration with core enterprise systems.
- Ensuring that solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks.
- Assessing emerging technologies and recommending new tools and frameworks to improve marketing capabilities.
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
- Driving innovation through the adoption of cloud-native services and modern development methodologies such as DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Working with IT, security, and other departments to ensure cloud solutions adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to guarantee the reliability and performance of cloud-based marketing applications.
- Developing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for critical marketing systems.
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Possessing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Having over 5 years of experience in cloud solution engineering or architecture, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, containerization technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and object-oriented programming (C#, ASP.NET Core).
- Knowledge of e-commerce components and architectures.
- Exhibiting excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrating self-motivation for achieving results and personal growth.
- Willingness to travel for business as necessary.
- Fluency in English and German.
