Position Overview:
The Global HR Process Improvement Consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources processes. The goal is to refine workflows and deliver an outstanding experience for both People Leaders and Employees. This position is integral to the Global HR Shared Services Business Process Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing business processes and collect user insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process enhancement strategies, assessing their effectiveness over time.
- Convert new business needs into comprehensive processes that align with the HR Target Operating Model.
- Facilitate smooth integration among all HR technology platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive HR business process framework and relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote process advancements.
- Provide training to HR personnel on Business Process Management principles.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to design comprehensive processes across various HR functions.
- Expertise in change management and experience in guiding teams through transitions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and experience in business process consulting.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, PeopleDoc, and Ticketing Systems.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% may be necessary.
