Business Process Transformation Specialist

Embark on a transformative journey as a Business Process Transformation Specialist, where you will spearhead initiatives to revolutionize our processes and drive unparalleled success.

Your Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization and Documentation:

  • Analyze existing processes and define new process flows to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop thorough documentation for clear and timely communication among teams.

Continuous Improvement and Training:

  • Plan and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to global teams to foster a culture of excellence.

System Solutions and Master Data Management:

  • Develop system-based solution concepts to streamline processes and improve data management.
  • Oversee domain-specific master data concepts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Template Development and Compliance Monitoring:

  • Define process and IT templates aligned with business needs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor adherence to standards to maintain a high level of quality.

Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within Process & Governance to achieve common goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Global Procurement organization to drive process improvements.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in Source-to-Pay, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with requirements in the validated environment (GxP).
  • Strong understanding of process modeling and experience with tools such as ARIS.
  • Excellent ability to analyze and evaluate processes comprehensively.
  • Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems, knowledge of IT implementation projects is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and aptitude for change management.
  • Good understanding of Process Mining and/or Process Analysis, with affinity for IT, especially SAP ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
