Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician (f/m/x) for Troubleshooting and Maintenance activities in our Business Unit Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance jobs on offshore wind turbines, identifying and troubleshooting common and complex faults, and providing on-job qualification training to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance jobs on offshore wind turbines without supervision
- Identify and troubleshoot common and complex faults on electrical and mechanical systems of the offshore turbine
- Provide on-job qualification training to colleagues
- Lead small teams and ensure the safety, competency, and productivity of team members
- Keep records and maintain documentation of technical and safety issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Troubleshooter or in a similar role
- Sound working experience in the wind industry, preferably in the offshore environment
- Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance works on DD platforms
- Ability to work offshore in shift patterns and willingness to take helicopter training
- Strong communication and administrative skills
