About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager (m/w/d) Residential Property to join our team at aventa Personalmanagement GmbH. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the cost- and budget-oriented management of residential properties, including point of contact for tenants, owners, authorities, and maintenance of tenant files, master data, and all property-related documents and contracts.

Requirements
  • Completed training in real estate or a business-related field
  • Professional experience in property management (commercial and/or residential)
  • Knowledge of accounting is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities
  • Manage residential properties in a cost-effective and budget-oriented manner
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, owners, authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files, master data, and property-related documents and contracts
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports
  • Manage debt and deadlines
  • Prepare and create utility cost statements and handle objections
