Unsere Herausforderung:

Wir suchen nach talentierten und engagierten Praktikanten, die sich für den HR-Bereich begeistern. Als Praktikant im HR-Bereich wirst du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unsere Fachkräfte bei der operativen Personalarbeit.

Was du erwartest:

  • Du wirst eigenverantwortlich an verschiedenen Projekten arbeiten und das lokale HR-Team bei der operativen Personalarbeit unterstützen.
  • Du wirst den HR-Business Partner:innen bei der Beratung von Führungskräften rund um den Employee-Life-Cycle unterstützen und unter anderem bei der Umsetzung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen helfen.
  • Du wirst die Einhaltung von Betriebsvereinbarungen zu Arbeitszeit-Themen überprüfen (Schichtplanung und Rufbereitschaft).
  • Du wirst die HR-Business Partner:innen bei der Aufarbeitung von Arbeitsrechtsfällen unterstützen und Arbeitsgerichtstermine begleiten.
  • Du wirst Netzwerkqualitäten durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Geschäftsbereichen und Betriebsräten beweisen.
  • Du wirst eigenverantwortlich die Organisation wechselnder Projekte in verschiedenen Bereichen (Arbeits-sicherheit/Diversity) übernehmen.
  • Du wirst Einblicke in den internen Recruiting-Prozess für das Praktikum im HR-Bereich erhalten (Sichten von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Teilnahme an Vorstellungsgesprächen und Vorbereitung des Onboardings).
  • Du wirst unseren Vodafone Spirit aktiv gestalten.

Was du auszeichnet:

  • Du bist entweder immatrikuliert oder gerade in einem Gap Year.
  • Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal mit guter Studienleistung, vorzugsweise im höheren Semester.
  • Du treibst mit guten Kenntnissen im Umgang mit MS-Office, vor allem mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint, eigenverantwortlich Projekte voran.
  • Du hast analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen.
  • Du hast Kommunikationsstärke, ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Du hast Interesse an arbeitsrechtlichen Themen sowie deren konkrete Anwendung.
  • Du hast großen Spaß an organisatorischen Tätigkeiten und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend.
  • Du lebst mit uns den Vodafone-Spirit, bist engagiert, offen und hast Lust auf neue Herausforderungen.
