Contorion GmbH, Germany's largest online specialist retailer for professional tradesmen and industrial supplies, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Working Student - Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchase-to-pay process, ensuring product availability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Operations team in managing daily shipments to the warehouse and customers, ensuring product availability and a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize the ticketing system and Excel to handle operational tasks, track orders, and escalate shipping delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse team to confirm orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Proactively identify and escalate recurring issues with suppliers, SKUs, product categories, and system errors.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Germany.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite (Excel, Word, Gmail, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as SQL.
- Work in a structured, analytical manner, with a keen eye for detail.
- Curious and proactive, seeking out information and solutions when facing unfamiliar challenges.
