Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, Germany.

As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training services for various types of helicopters, creating training materials, and maintaining technical knowledge and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training services based on modern training philosophy and methodology
  • Create training materials, including manuals, animations, and pictures
  • Analyze and combine feedback and requests from customers to create and modify training programs
  • Maintain technical knowledge and proficiency through continuous training and staying in contact with engineering departments and technical support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field with additional experience in helicopter production or maintenance
  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field
  • Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or equivalent military aircraft maintenance license
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in military and civil aircraft maintenance (minimum 5 years)
  • Fluent in English
