Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training services for different types of helicopters, creating training means, and modifying training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Training Services
    • Prepare and deliver training courses based on modern training philosophy and methodology
    • Adapt training courses to customer and aircraft configuration
    • Carry out exams and assessments
  • Create Training Means
    • Define content and create text for training manuals
    • Specify animations and pictures for training manuals
    • Perform proofreading
  • Modify Training Programs
    • Create minimum syllabi based on modern training philosophy and pedagogical approaches
    • Elaborate training schedule and syllabus
  • Technical Knowledge and Proficiency
    • Gather and analyze technical information
    • Stay in permanent contact with engineering department, technical support, and MRO
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field with additional experience in production/maintenance of helicopters
    • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field of activity
    • Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or have any other Military Aircraft Maintenance License
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Sound technical knowledge and experience in the field of military and civil aircraft maintenance
    • Fluent in English
