Position Overview- Assist the management of the unit in daily operations and ensure the quality of care, particularly in the application of internal protocols, standards, and organizational guidelines.
- Oversee the execution and enhancement of practical training, orientation, and the effective integration of international professionals within the leadership team of the C62 Intensive Care Unit, making decisions regarding mentorship, training opportunities, and staff development.
- Accountable for creating and implementing the practical training and orientation framework while ensuring adherence to legal standards. Actively engage in team meetings and interdisciplinary rounds, responsibly shaping workflows and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in forums for nursing education leaders, the practice instructor network, and various projects.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, sharing insights with colleagues.
- Healthcare professional with extensive experience, preferably with a focus on intensive care and anesthesia or a commitment to obtain such certification.
- Completed training as a practice instructor or a willingness to pursue such certification (or possess a comparable qualification).
- Aspiring to take on technical responsibilities in this challenging area, with initial project or leadership experience, strong organizational abilities, a high degree of self-reflection, pedagogical skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Determined, possessing strong social and communication skills, addressing conflicts openly and with a problem-solving approach. Actively contributing to teamwork among the involved professional groups.
