Business Development Intern Wanted

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time intern (40 hours per week) to support our business development efforts in the Slovakian market. The ideal candidate is a native Slovak speaker and should be available for a minimum of three months.

About Us:

LionsHome GmbH is an innovative startup located in Berlin, specializing in online shopping portals for Home & Garden across various markets. We are excited to expand our operations into Slovakia, providing users with a platform to explore a wide range of furniture, home accessories, and garden products from numerous retailers, all in one convenient location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales initiatives in the Slovakian market in close collaboration with management.
  • Conduct outreach to potential partners to propose mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Negotiate and establish business partnerships.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Perform independent research to identify suitable cooperation partners.
  • Gain experience with essential online marketing tools.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Slovak and proficient in English.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program (mandatory).
  • Confident in engaging with individuals and organizations.
  • Ability to work in a structured and results-driven manner.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independent work.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to thrive in an international work environment.
  • Desire to learn about the e-commerce industry.
