Business Development Intern

Support the Global Customer Delivery Task Force
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our global Customer Delivery task force strategically and operationally on key topics such as:
- Optimizing Global Supply Chain: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve our global supply chain processes, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- Preparing Global Executive Reports: Assist in the development and preparation of comprehensive reports for our global executives, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Implementing Key Compliance Matters: Work closely with our compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement processes to mitigate risks.
Develop and Prepare Onboarding Materials
As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for developing and preparing onboarding materials and standard operating procedures for our international teams across Europe, ensuring a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer.
Analyze and Optimize Processes
You will analyze and optimize processes in our dynamic work environment, enabling a smooth flow of all projects while maintaining a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Strong Academic Background: You are a student or recent graduate with a strong academic background in business or business-relevant fields.
- First Experience in Consulting or Investment Banking: You have first-hand experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth start-ups.
- Intrinsic Motivation and Commitment: You possess a high degree of intrinsic motivation and commitment to making a lasting impression during this significant business phase.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking and Decisiveness: You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and flexibility, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Polished Communication Skills: You possess highly polished communication skills in English, with other European languages being a strong plus.
