Senior Manager Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Corporate Controlling team at adidas. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial steering and decision-making through high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end indirect Free Cash Flow process, including monthly actual reporting and regular forecasting.
- Develop and implement best-in-class analytics, procedures, and processes related to Free Cash Flow topics.
- Support long-term simulations, scenario modeling, and target setting activities for Free Cash Flow and Operating Working Capital items.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance teams, including Corporate Tax, Corporate Treasury, and Corporate Accounting, as well as Market Finance teams.
- Improve the design and definition of the company-wide indirect Free Cash Flow structure and process.
- Provide comprehensive and insightful financial analysis and simulations to inform decision-making.
- Develop and present results-oriented communication packages to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement cash flow-relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor their performance.
- Act as an interface between Integrated Business Planning and Market Finance teams to align on Inventory KPI Targets, Reporting, and Forecasting.
- Monitor target and forecast compliance for Free Cash Flow and Operating Working Capital items.
- Advanced degree or qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in Accounting/Controlling/Reporting within an international company.
- Track record of outstanding performance in education and career.
