Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Deskside Technician to provide exceptional technical support and customer service. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and requires proficiency in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face technical support to end-users.
- Manage hardware installation, relocation, and decommissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to personal computing devices (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Conduct testing for system and application modifications, including script preparation in a MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment.
- Oversee small-scale projects associated with new hardware or software implementations.
- Install software, patches, and updates utilizing MS SCCM.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT setting, ideally within a manufacturing organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-user technology.
- Familiarity with end-user workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management).
- Proficient in end-user Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM).
- Experience with ITSM tools (ticket management software) is preferred.
- Strong soft skills including planning, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical thinking, flexibility, and customer sensitivity.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
