Your Role: As a key player in our organization, you will serve as a proactive and trusted partner for our clients, undertaking the following responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual global targets established for your accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate a global account team effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Establish strong relationships across various levels of customer management, influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Oversee all current offers and opportunities, ensuring high-quality data is maintained in our CRM tool for accurate project status awareness.
  • Formulate competitive strategies to mitigate threats and gather insights through win/loss analysis.
  • Utilize strategic value selling methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness on complex projects.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy for your account portfolio.
  • Lead communications for ongoing projects as necessary.
Your Profile:
  • A completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic sales, including vision and planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Low Voltage Motors, Medium Voltage Drives, High Voltage Motors, and Generators.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market landscape and competitors' offerings.
  • Exceptional selling skills with a strong focus on achieving targets, demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and teamwork.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, along with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Proficiency in German is a plus.
