About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Consultant to join our team. As a Guidewire Consultant, you will be part of our consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Your responsibilities will include coordinating larger, Agile implementation projects, leading complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, designing solutions, and mentoring less experienced team members.
About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment. You will also need at least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementation, a comprehensive understanding of how insurance companies or banks work, and experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations.
About the Wishes
Nice to have: experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance, ability to build lasting and positive relationships with client stakeholders and C-Level representatives, additional languages, and willingness to travel up to 50% of your work time.
