About the Role

As a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch) - D70, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and quality of our logistics operations in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality metrics and benchmarks to ensure compliance with Amazon's high standards.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to ensure process discipline across all shifts and departments.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to process standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with site leadership, operations teams, and central support teams to drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • Transportation or Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume logistics, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and driving results.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language and English, verbally and written.
  • Data Analysis: Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, generate ideas, execute, and measure success.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience querying relational databases using SQL (or other query language).
