Business Coach, Transportation Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Coach to join our Middle Mile team at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). As a Business Coach, you will play a critical role in managing Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensuring they are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class support for LSPs with scalable tracking processes
  • Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
  • Identify, develop, and improve strategies for the LSP onboarding and training process
  • Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across individual LSPs and the entire supply chain
  • Provide reports to leaders on health and training proficiency weekly/monthly
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German
  • Relevant experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain and/or transportation
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

We are looking for a customer-obsessed, highly organized individual who can work effectively with internal and external contacts, shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Readiness to conduct some business travel and the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.
