Network Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities- Engage collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and objectives concerning network architecture.
- Perform thorough evaluations of current IT and OT network infrastructures to guide the design and planning phases for project implementations.
- Craft comprehensive network architecture designs customized to project needs, taking into account system integration, performance enhancement, and cybersecurity measures.
- Generate project-specific network diagrams, documentation, and implementation strategies that detail proposed architectures, configurations, and resource necessities.
- Offer technical expertise and direction throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with design standards, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to acquire necessary equipment, coordinate installations, and conduct testing and validation of network solutions.
- Extensive experience in network architecture design and implementation within project rollout settings, particularly focusing on IT and OT integration.
- In-depth understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and other OT technologies prevalent in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of managing complex network rollout projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage project stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Project+) are preferred.
