**What you'll do**:

- Selection of building blocks for the HR landscape in alignment with Enterprise Architects
- Monitoring and orchestrating the integration scenarios according to the guiding integration principles
- Documentation of the current situation and development of the optimized solution architecture
- Assessment of requirements and proposing solution alternatives
- Supervising the overall integration solution architecture for HR (including interfaces to other systems and tools, e.g. for authorization) and assuring that these are conform to the overarching strategy
- Interface with Enterprise Architects, HRIT team and vendors to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones and provide hands on technical leadership

**Who you are**:

- You are an excellent communicator in written and speech and sovereignly perform stakeholder management on all levels
- You have a proven track record of designing and deploying IT solutions for human resources for large-scale enterprises
- You have a strong and thorough ability to solve problems, as well as the analytical knowledge to identify them
- You are familiar with the usage of analytics tools on both, the database
- and visualization side
- You have excellent knowledge in the area of HR architecture across cloud and on-premise solutions and interfaces
- You are fluent in English
