Wir suchen einen Trainee für unser Team in Berlin, der sich für die Welt der digitalen Werbung begeistert und Lust hat, sich weiterzubilden. Als Trainee wirst du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unsere Experten bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Digital Advertising-Kampagnen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Digital Advertising-Kampagnen, insbesondere Social Ads (v.a. Meta, TikTok & Pinterest) oder Google Ads
  • Erarbeitung neuer Digital Advertising Konzepte für Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Überwachung der Kampagnen-Performance von verschiedenen Kunden & Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Keyword- und Zielgruppen-Analysen
  • Verfassen von Anzeigentexten & Abstimmung von Creatives mit unserem Grafik-Team
  • Projektmanagement & Consulting
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Digitale Medien, Medienwissenschaften, BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem ähnlich relevanten Bereich
  • Erste theoretische oder praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Digital Advertising und/oder Online Marketing
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, analytisches Denken und selbstständige, konzentrierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und gute Analyse-Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse in Sprache und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative
  • Team- und Kontaktfähigkeit
