Quality Engineer for Automotive Electronics

Manning Global AG is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join their team in Germany. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the design, development, and production of automotive electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to new projects, 0km, and field returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to production teams on quality-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Hands-on experience with 8D problem-solving and analysis tools (DOE, Fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of sensors, actuators, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, laser welding, resistance welding, assembly, SMT, etc.).
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with additional languages an asset.
